Cookie Notice

Last updated: 21 June 2026

This Cookie Notice explains how Spotta Entertainment Limited uses cookies and similar technologies on the Spotta website and mobile application. It should be read with our Terms and Privacy Notice.

For UK and EU users, we ask for consent before setting non-essential cookies or using equivalent app technologies, and we do not treat continued browsing as consent.

1

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, software development kits, device identifiers and app tracking tools. In this notice we call all of these “cookies”.

2

Why we use cookies

  • To make Spotta work, keep sessions secure and remember essential service state.
  • To understand how Spotta is used and improve performance.
  • To remember optional preferences such as filters or settings.
  • To measure and improve marketing and advertising, where you consent.
3

Types of cookies and similar technologies

  • Strictly necessary cookies: required for security, session management and core functionality. These do not require consent, but we still explain them.
  • Performance and analytics cookies: help us understand usage, diagnose issues and improve Spotta. These are only used with consent where required.
  • Functional cookies: remember optional choices and preferences. These are only used with consent where required.
  • Advertising and targeting cookies: measure campaigns and help show relevant advertising on other platforms. These are only used with consent.
4

Third-party tools

We may use providers such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel. These providers may set cookies or collect identifiers to provide analytics, measurement or advertising services. Their own privacy and cookie notices also apply.

The tools we use may change as Spotta develops. We will update this notice when our use of cookies or similar technologies materially changes.

5

How long cookies last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period or until you delete them. Exact duration depends on the purpose and provider. We aim to keep cookie lifetimes proportionate and review them as our tooling changes.

6

Managing your choices

When you first visit our website, we ask for your choice before using non-essential cookies. You should be able to accept or reject non-essential cookies and change your choice later through cookie settings once implemented.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. In mobile apps, you can manage permissions in your device settings, including location, notifications and advertising tracking controls such as iOS App Tracking Transparency or Android advertising ID settings.

7

Advertising opt-outs

You can manage advertising preferences through platform settings such as Meta and TikTok privacy controls. EU users may also use tools such as youronlinechoices.eu. These tools may not stop all advertising, but they can reduce personalised advertising based on tracking.

Changes and contact

We may update this Cookie Notice to reflect legal, technical or service changes. If you have questions, contact privacy@spotta.co.
